Yes you can, the more you do it the more healthy/ flexible/ toned you become. Not everybody starts off with physical/ mental perfection, and we all have to start from somewhere. With pregnancy or injuries, always inform the teacher and they can give you alternative poses/ asanas and advise (if any) you should miss out.

Our wholefood cafe serves the best vegetarian and vegan food around and we also cater for fish eaters too. If you have intolerances or have just finished a fast just let us know and we can prepare with your diet in mind. We also provide nutritional counselling in our natural therapies centre at the yoga cafe, bophut.
