Grounded in the Ashtanga Yoga practice, this retreat helps you to focus on what really want in your life. Various practices from the eight limbs of yoga, such as breath-work; yoga nidra, sound and meditation as well as Mysore style asana practice form the foundation for this retreat.

With this foundation, further techniques from Eastern and Western traditions help you step out of the active mind and access your higher intentions for your life in general and for different areas of your life such as career, relationships, health and personal growth.
This way your higher values are more present in your day to day decision making. Bringing awareness to your priorities and what you want helps you to act deliberately from your own centre of calm and wisdom, rather than reacting to external demands.



Once you have accessed clear intentions and what inspires you, coaching, practical techniques and support is given to help you make practical changes and maintain this focus in your day to day reality.

daily yoga classes and practices
Morning Mysore style, Ashtanga Vinyasa practice.
Evening Restorative Yoga class.
Evening meditation. This varies on different days. Examples include: Tratak, Yoga Nidra, Sound – (Om; Bramari pranayama, chanting) and simple breath meditations.
optional personal consultations
An optional individual coaching session to discuss your personal aims for the retreat.

An interactive group session, exploring your achievements, challenges and inner wisdom.

A fun and creative class where you capture your intentions, for different areas of your life, such as career, relationships, personal growth & health. Although the future is unknown, becoming clear about what is important, what you really want and setting intentions is extremely powerful.
mandala meditation / creation
Mandala means “sacred circle” from the ancient language of Sanskrit. In this class you will learn more about the power of mandala’s and then create your own mandala as a focus for your own meditation.
practical integration
A review of techniques practised throughout the week and how these can help you to manifest your intentions and stay present with your life focus beyond your retreat.
optional goal setting
For some people, simply accessing and being consciously aware of their intentions is enough. For others, some structure, mind mapping and goal setting techniques can be helpful.
optional life transformation and counselling sessions
A one on one session to help you to connect with what is really essential and shift your consciousness to a new level.
