What to expect in the sessions
1 The initial consultation:
To identify your needs and preparatory work is given for you to
reflect on the past year, and what is occurring right now.
2 The workshop / main sessions
Depending on your time constraints, this is best divided into
three or more sessions.
We review your life over the past year. Using creative coaching techniques to create a “map” of the main factors taking
influence in your life at this moment.
Then we focus on different areas of your life for the future, such
as career, relationships, personal growth & health.
Although the
future is unknown, becoming clear about what is important, what
you really want and setting intentions is extremely powerful.
Using the help of deep relaxation techniques to relax the mind,
we tap into your creativity and help you to tune into your inner wisdom. Coaching techniques help you to develop realistic goals
to help your higher aspirations, and intentions to manifest.
Throughout the session, depending on what is appropriate for you
in the moment, yoga stretches, intuitive dance, active and passive meditation, breathing techniques, affirmations and visualizations are included to help you to remain relaxed, clear and focused.
3 Follow-up support
We agree how we will keep in touch to help you to stay focused,
and realise your goals.
